the hot tub was a complete disaster, I mean, who leaves water running with no jets covered? absoluteley ridiculous! not to mention the dirty bathroom and mold I found. I nearly offered a glowing review, but the subpar service and lack of attention to detail made it impossible. woudl ve been nice to be upgraded, but no such luck.

You can’t go wrong with the food options around here! Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is just a stroll away for some Louisiana flavor, and if you're craving something else, El Paso Mexican Grill is nearby for spicy bites. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning worked like a charm!
While we faced a little hiccup with the hot tub not working in our first room, the quick room switch made things right.

Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a musty smell that made me uneasy. The cleanliness was lacking, as I found bug remnants in the corners and the towels were stained. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it hard to relax at night.

I had a solid stay with no complaints, really enjoyed the comfy bed and the inviting vibe of the lobby. Plus, the outdoor pool and sun terrace were super relaxing after a busy day. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊
